The seminal GEKKO Junior is the sole commercial robot who is fit to move autonomously on smooth vertical surfaces. The revolutionary invention is based on feet, with vacuum technology, which are rotating on two trapezoid-shaped geared belt drives, enabling the robot to astonishing flexible movement in every chosen direction.
The standard version of the GEKKO Junior includes a wireless remote control. There is an option of a video cam which sends pictures to the monitor of the remote control. The unique high-tech software governs the complex motion sequences for each foot on the rotating belt. Particular manoeuvers such as right/left or u-turns are convenient standard features. Panel Cleaning (Solar plants)
Why? A new use for the GEKKO robots is cleaning solar panels. The efficiency of a solar panel can be increased considerably by cleaning it regularly. Considering the fragile nature and often difficult accessibility of most solar panels, that is normally easier said than done.

The Multi-Talent
